Rodriguez Pro Clean grew from years of property maintenance, professional cleaning experience, and safety-focused leadership in the oil and gas industry.
Rodriguez Services LLC was established to provide dependable residential and commercial cleaning services.
As COVID began affecting our residential customer base, the owners started shifting the company toward commercial cleaning.
The business incorporated as Rodriguez Pro Clean Inc. and officially became a commercial-only cleaning company.
How It Started
Cleaning was part of the work before it became the business.
Our background includes many years in property maintenance management, where unit turnovers required cleaning, clean-outs, and preparing each space for its next occupant.
We also brought years of residential cleaning experience, including work with local cleaning companies. That experience showed us how strict time limits could place more importance on completing jobs quickly than properly serving the customer.
We believed clients deserved careful work, honest communication, and enough time to complete the job correctly. That belief led to the creation of Rodriguez Services LLC in 2016.
The company was built around quality, accountability, and treating every client’s facility with care.
A New Direction
From residential and commercial work to a commercial-only company.
Beginning in 2019, COVID started affecting our residential customer base, and we lost many of those clients. That difficult period pushed us to move away from residential service and concentrate on commercial facilities. In 2025, we incorporated and changed our name to Rodriguez Pro Clean Inc. to reflect that direction.
Today, we serve offices, medical offices, and industrial administrative buildings. More recently, we have also begun helping builders prepare finished spaces with post-construction cleaning.
